The River's End Cowl was designed with a specific need in mind. It is a lightweight cowl with each eliminate serving a purpose. The ribbing is to keep it tight around the bottom and top of cowl. The height is to make it tall enough to pull up over the face, while the width is designed to be snug on your neck. The main sections provide warmth with giving it detail and the mesh sections allow the cowl to stack without becoming too bulky.
